My career didn’t start in a boardroom; it started at ten years old, helping a family friend with their catering business. By eighteen, I was juggling the operations of a medical practice by day, serving pizzas by night, and carrying a full-time college course load in between.
For over a decade, that was my "normal." I’ve never been one to quit, and I’ve never been one to sit still. That journey led me to a Bachelor’s from Columbia College in 2019, followed quickly by an MBA from Western Governor’s University in 2021—all while navigating the challenges of a global pandemic and, true to form, always working two jobs at least.
With over 18+ years of experience managing teams across multiple industries, I’ve learned that business is about two things: people and processes.
